Contact form: name, email, phone, dates, message. Bookings: same plus room preference. Automatically: IP, browser, via Vercel logs.

2. How We Use It

• To confirm bookings and reply to inquiries.
• To improve the site and manage content via Neon Postgres.
• We do not sell your data.

3. Storage

Data is stored in Neon (role mordern) in the US-East region and retained for 2 years for legal purposes, then deleted.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session and analytics (Next.js, Vercel). You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may break.

5. Your Rights

Under Kenyan Data Protection Act 2019 you may request access, correction, or deletion: email privacy@rolemodern.hotel with subject “Data Request”.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, Neon encryption, and role-based access. No system is 100% secure — please do not send sensitive ID numbers via the form.

7. Third Parties

Vercel hosts the site, Neon hosts the database. Their privacy policies apply. Maps on /contact loads Google Maps.

8. Children

Site is not intended for under-18s without guardian consent.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and update the date above.
