3. Bookings & Payments

Prices are in KSh and subject to change. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email. Cancellation follows the policy shown at checkout (48h free cancellation).

4. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and branding are owned by Role Modern Hotel or TemplateMo licensors. Do not reuse without permission.

5. User Content

Messages you send via Contact may be stored in Neon to process your request and are handled per our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

Site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Database maintenance may show a temporary overlay.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Role Modern Hotel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

8. Governing Law

Kenyan law applies. Disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts.
